- Parking in any city is difficult, and Prague is by no means an exception.
In 2014, we identified an opportunity - parking around Prague gets more and more difficult while there are many buildings with half-empty garages. Maybe there is a way to connect these two sides online and get more cars off the streets! MR.PARKIT was launched. - 2015 was a proof-of-concept year, during which MR.PARKIT fully demonstrated feasibility and potential. Cooperation with many major developers and asset managers (CPI, PPF, CBRE,...) helped us to cover most of Prague and thus providing our service to more drivers as well as property owners.
- In 2017 we realised our business partners usually struggle with management of their parking and there were very few specialised tools to help them. Our experience came from managing hundreds of parking reservations daily and with Parkit.direct, we were finally able to offer it to our partners and anyone else, who struggled with similar challenges.
- Whenever we see administrative building, parking lot or business complex, we see an opportunity - to truly utilise every single parking spot and to make it available to as many of your coworkers as possible; to make the parking itself painless; to save as much time and money to our partners as we can.
